Refund policy
We sincerely hope that our products can satisfy our customers 100%. Since prescription glasses are highly customised products, we will handle orders according to our return and exchange policy:
1.Returns and Exchanges
(1) Within 30 days of receiving the product, if there is a quality issue with your order, you can contact our customer service for an exchange, credit, or refund; orders beyond 30 days, unless there is a significant quality issue, we cannot respond to your request. Each order is only eligible for one exchange/return. Exchange orders cannot be returned or exchanged again.
(2) If there is an error on Wooglasses' part, such as making the wrong prescription or providing the wrong product, we will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we can provide a shipping label to retrieve the goods.
(3) If you make a mistake in your order, such as providing the wrong prescription, we will not be able to process your return or exchange request.
2. Regarding Repairs
Wooglasses offers a standard warranty of 180 days, but you will need to cover the shipping costs for the item to and from the repair service.
